The Competition Team

 

The Competition Team is open to Dance Express students ages 5 and up. There is an audition. Dance Team competitions are scheduled throughout the year, and there are many opportunities for the team to travel, compete and win prizes. Our Competition Team is the best of the best.

Members of the Competition Team must consistently attend the following classes each week:

• 1 - 2 hrs. ballet
• A jazz class
• A competition class

 

Failure to meet the above impedes the progress of the Competition Team. Students not meeting their responsibilities will be removed from the team's roster.

Additionally, members of the team are responsible for the following extras if applicable:

• Additional costumes
• Competition entry fees
• Transportation to and from events
• Choreography fees
